Questions about corporate law

How long does company registration take?

Registration is done online through the Business Registration Service and is usually quick once names and documents are ready. We handle the name search, forms and filings for you.

Do you offer fixed fees for contracts?

Yes — most contract and registration work is quoted in writing before we start, within the Advocates (Remuneration) Order.
