Ashley Nyambura Maina

ADVOCATE OF THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA · PROPRIETOR, NYAMBURA MAINA & COMPANY ADVOCATES

We started this practice to be the advocates we would want for our own families: people who answer the phone, explain things plainly and fight hard when it matters. [Ashley to refine in her own words.]

[Portrait of Ashley]
“The law should not be a mystery to the people it affects most.”

— Ashley Nyambura Maina

Our story

From the classroom to the courtroom

Nyambura Maina & Company Advocates was formed in 2026. It is a small, dedicated firm offering personal, prompt and high-quality legal services to individuals, businesses and institutions in Kenya, East Africa and beyond.

Our proprietor, Ashley Nyambura Maina, studied at Juja Preparatory and Senior School, then earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She completed the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law, was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2024, and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.

She is supported by a secretary, a messenger and a clerk, and the firm runs on modern secretarial, accounting and records systems — so your documents are filed, your deadlines are tracked and your calls are answered.

We built a client portal so that no client is ever left waiting for an update. The firm holds professional indemnity cover, and every matter is handled under the professional code of conduct and ethics.
